Patos Island State Park is located northwest of Sucia Island. This Washington State Park is accessible only by boat. Remote Patos Island offers outstanding views, just two mooring buoys, a gravel beach for landing dinghys, campsites and restrooms. There is a lighthouse (open for tours during the summer) and hiking trails. No running water or trash facilities.
